Dr. Matthew pietruszka
Born in Chicago, Dr. Pietruszka graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he received his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences degree. Dr. Pietruszka then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry where he received clinical honors and became a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and Tomb & Key Honor Fraternity.
Dr. Pietruszka’s clinical interests include urgent eye care exams and performing specialty contact lens fits. He is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and Illinois Optometric Association where he coordinates events for the IOA’s Young Professionals Club.
In his free time, Dr. Pietruszka enjoys playing tennis and training his Beagle puppy, Mia.
Establishing Elite Eye Care has been a dream come true for Dr. Pietruszka. He and his staff look forward to serving and giving back to the Chicagoland community.
Dr. Pietruszka has had the opportunity to volunteer with various non-profits and his work has even been featured on NBC 5 Chicago!
